  Gentleman that delivered my order, I accidentally gave the wrong address instead of my work address. He called and we got it figured out. He still showed up with a good attitude and wasn't upset despite the issue. Great customer service. Great food

  Pulled up to grab my son a combo at 1pm as he had a bus to catch to 7 hours of athletic events at 2pm. Order placed…. Ended up leaving without food at 1:50 (2 cars ahead of us) waiting for the car in front of us to be served.

  Online order took 2hrs for delivery.. They need to be better next time and let people know that they are that busy

  Don't bother ordering from this store. I ordered a single sandwich for delivery and after waiting over an hour. I called and was told the driver had it with him but there was 3 other orders with the driver and that its just up to the driver. I waited another 20 mins, the driver walked in my store (i was at work) he threw it on the counter and walked out. There we not even a "thank you" or a "im sorry" nothing. Just thrown on the counter and left. I called back and complained and thats why I got a "im sorry". Don't bother ordering, unless you wanted to be treated like crap and your food to show up an hour and half later.

  We love this store!! We drive over from Ontario to get our JJ fix. The kids working behind the counter are great! They all deserve a raise!!
