    I absolutely love coming here! The drinks are great, but the service is tip tier! They are so friendly and they actually listen! They get to know regulars, like actually get to know them, not just their orders! They appear to be happy to be at work, and happy to see you no matter how busy theu are!

    This specific location has officially lost a regular. Why is it that your employees do not understand the two lane system? I understand that there's a sign that says choose the shortest line, however that DOES NOT mean neglect the person that was waiting behind the car you're basically done taking an order for, standing there for a second to look at me, but then choose the truck that decided they didn't want to wait for me to order even though I had been there well before they pulled up. I left, because I have to go to work and don't want to wait for a teenage couple who was laughing about the situation. My rating is also low because for some reason, this location has NO flavor unless you order extra extra sweet or get a small. If you get a rebel, it doesn't matter how many flavors you choose, it always tastes like the base. The mochas never taste like the extra flavor, because all I taste is mocha and hints of coffee. I'm just tired of dealing with this place. It's not worth the hassle and I'm tired of the employees arguing with me EVERYTIME I try to state my case. Go over the hill for Dutch or go to Starbucks further down the highway, save what little patience we all have left with the world.
