  Saturday 5/16/2026 around 11:30pm I tried to claim 2 online orders for my car and the girl taking my order told me I had to swing around and wait through the entire line a 2nd time to claim my 2nd order for my friend that was in the car. We tried to ask if there was anything she could do to process one check and restart and claim the 2nd order and she yelled at us and said “Stop complaining, I don’t know why your arguing right now.” Very unprofessional and low class not a good look and ruined my night :(

  No cars in the drive threw or the parking lot and it took them 10 mins to make 1 burrito

  Precious is one of the most care taking employees I've EVER had the pleasure of meeting. Every time I come through the drive through she makes me feel so welcome. I'm always greeted with joy, and she is the reason I come to this specific location. What an absolutely amazing night crew! And such an incredible addition to the staff! She deserves a raise!

  I have eaten from this location three times now and each time got the three cheese chicken flatbread melts and all three times has been received. Colder than one would like. Not undercooked or anything like that. Just not hot enough to melt the cheese. I know this is a newer location so take this as criticism and not a damning opinion.

  We visited on a Sunday and this restaurant was CLEARLY run with Passion, Dedication, Enthusiasm & SERIOUS Teamwork. It is SO rare to see a fast-casual dining location run so efficiently on a SUNDAY... Beyond impressive!! Very clear camaraderie among the crew too, which absolutely helped. Literally INCOMPARABLE Customer Service from a young gentleman who was definitely the tallest person on the team (I'm sorry for not catching your name 🙂) who was taking orders in the drive thru. And Phenomenal Respect, Consideration, Kindness & literally EVERY. SINGLE. THING. you would hope for whenever choosing to visit a fast-casual dining location, from the front of the house of this restaurant crew as well. Especially a very respectful young lady who had fantastic, french-braids (who's name I also missed, I'm really sorry). Moral of this "review story" is that THIS location is, BY FAR, significantly Better QUALITY than any other Taco Bell location in ALL of Boise... Hopefully it will stay that way. And as long as it IS, we will be visiting this one location whenever we choose to eat fast-casual food!! -T
