  Very disappointed. The quality of both the food and the service has gone way downhill. Papa Johns used to be our favorite chain pizza restaurant but not anymore. The employee who took my order was unprofessional and unfriendly. I greeted him when I walked in and received no response. When I thanked him after he handed me my order, he didn't acknowledge me then either. They don't wear gloves or hair nets. The food was even worse. Both pizzas were extremely greasy, the pan pizza was doughy in the middle, and the breadsticks were saturated with oil. Overall, a very poor experience. We won't be going back.

  Ordered pizza and wings from this location to be delivered at 5pm. I put the order in at 3:30pm. It was over 45 minutes late- no confirmation or anything. I called the store and the pizza didn't even leave the store until 5pm. Frustrating. Luckly they refunded 75% of my money.

  Our favorite pizza, but like all the other reviews, delivery is absolutely abysmal. We pay $65+ for 2 large pizzas and it’s been 45+ minutes late several times in a row now. When we try to get an update all we are told is “will be there shortly”. Will definitely be finding a new favorite pizza.

  I just called to place an order for pizza with friends over and place the order and was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes and gave them my credit card over the phone which was a call center and I could barely understand the person that was taking my order. He then had me look at my credit card to confirm the charge and I said yes and now we’re an hour and 30 minutes later I call Eagles Papa John’s and talk to their manager, Abigail Cokeland, which was very rude and very short and provided absolutely zero help to me. She said she had nothing to do with the call Center can’t help me and I should call corporate and I kindly asked her for the number and she told me go look it up. I will not order Papa John’s again, nor would I suggest you doing anything except ordering through the website as this has been a complete disaster

  I came to the store around 3.48pm on 1/26 there was a heavier guy working on the cashier. I asked him to pick up an order. He was very rude and aggressive and didn’t even help me. He was just looking at me and said to me we do not have your order I was like yeah you do. He’s like OK well are you gonna have to wait 25 minutes and walked away so I left the store and went somewhere else
