    I love going here but unfortunately whenever I order my iced drinks with light ice they do not give me light ice. I am not sure if the person taking my order isn’t putting it into the system or if whoever is making drinks just doesn’t care to read it but this is very frustrating to me when I order a $7 drink and most of it is just ice.

    Yes. So kind so friendly and got what I ordered. The line is what it is - you know what you’re going to get and you get it correctly. Feeling for this guys outside in the smoke but appreciate their energy! Barista cleaned cups before handing them to me and offered different straws to me for choice. Great explanation of items and order ahead worked like a charm. Well done all!

    Came to this Dutch today since I will be moving out this way. Horrible mistake. I visited this location 7/8/26 at about 9:15 am. The person working the drive thru was nice. We get to the window and the boy with shaggy blonde hair didn’t ask how it was going, nothing. Kept talking to the girl he was working with. I ordered a kiss apple smoothie. Wasn’t even blended my daughter couldn’t even drink it! Then after he gave me the drinks he told me to have a good day. Completely forgot my breakfast sandwiches. Probably because him and the girl he was working with where to busy talking about their weekend they had. I had to get out of my car and go up to the window. Got the sandwiches home and they are by far the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen. I go to Dutch on a regular basis and I have never had this lack of customer service ever.
