Eagle Albertsons: Please fix your check out system so that items on sale actually ring up when a sale item is scanned. We often feel like we're being tricked when we choose items on sale, scan them, & the sale doesn't come up. We were told it comes up at the end of the sale but it usually does not. And we shouldn't have to wait to the end of scanning & hope that the prices all come up correctly. This has happened so many times to our family that we really just need to shop at less expensive stores like Walmart & WinCo. Also, whoever puts your sale tags out REALLY needs to make sure they'll actually ring up on sale & are done so they don't "trick" customers. For example, 20 frozen foods or more were on the Fab 5 sale, we picked out 5, didn't get the discount at check out & were told that 1 we picked wasn't a Fab 5 but it was with the others, same brand, was in the middle of all the others, & looked apart of the same deal. We felt like the store was trying to trick customers into thinking they're getting the good deal & then they don't at checkout. Make sales & discounts obvious, true, & legit. A computer employee might be the one who needs to fix your system so the sale items ring up correctly, when an item is scanned, & not AFTER the pay button. Times are tough right now, everything is expensive. We don't need to also feel scammed. You will definitely lose customers this way. Ideas to gain customers: fix the issue mentioned, senior discount every day or a senior gets a discount once a week & they get to pick which day to use it vs. one set day per month. We know a bunch of seniors who are struggling right now, go to your store because it's close & they don't like driving too far or can't drive far, but can't buy much because prices are so high. Giving them at least one day a week of THEIR choosing to get a senior discount would help them. Some of them have been shopping at your store for over 25 years. They deserve a discount card they can scan & use at least once a week.

I’m writing this specifically to highlight the incredible service I received at the checkout today. While the store is always well-kept, Kara Lynn truly went above and beyond.
Her professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely kind attitude made my entire shopping trip better. It is rare to find someone who handles their role with such care and excellence. I hope management recognizes what a massive asset she is to this team—employees like Kara Lynn are exactly why I keep coming back to this location. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I don’t know what it is about this Albertsons but they routinely post a sale next to a product (very visible) and it doesn’t ring up correctly. Not that a $1 is that big of a deal, it’s all about the principle. And when you let them know so they can correct it moving forward (not requesting a refund) they seem uninterested. Such a weird deal.

The Drive Up and Go here is the best. My order is almost always ready way earlier than expected, it's always correct, and they're so dang nice every time they bring my groceries out.
The employees are either the nicest, friendliest humans ever, or they deserve Oscars because they have me convinced I'm not an actual spoiled brat who hasn't touched a grocery cart in years.
10 out of 5 stars, don't be a spoiled brat and remember to say thank you when they bring your groceries.
