They contact you for approval to substitute items and the one time I had a problem it was quickly fixed with no hassle. It's quick and convenient and the fresh pass membership for free deliveries is well worth the monthly subscription. They even discount the membership if you're currently receiving food benefits which is so amazing and helpful during this time of skyrocketing prices. The app is easy to navigate and user friendly for online shopping. And I love that they have a live person working their delivery and curb side services so you can talk to a person on site if there is any problems and they can fix it in real time. No automated chats with a bot needed and no off site call center to navigate. It's great!
