I ALWAYS get extra rice and have never been charged extra, I asked for extra rice today and they warned me that they have to charge!! The menu prices are already insane and the food isn’t even filling. I leave still hungry. Your prices should be consistent regardless of which employees are working. This is not OK
- CCCrystalMay 3, 20261.0We’ve been going to the same place for some time now. Since change in management the food has gone downhill. We are paying more for our burritos, but getting mostly rice. Prior to the management change there was a good balance of veggies and/or meat. We tried to wait it out and see if things would change, but the new staff coming in are being told to use more rice and be light on the other fillings. We are going to switch to Haydens location. If we wanted mostly rice and a tortilla we would make our own at home.
