One star for atmosphere, there was a huge spill on the floor by the door just covered up with napkins and left in a pile. We ordered extra peppers, double beef, etc and this was absolutely not extra anything. It was small even for regular portions. I've never had such a disappointing sandwich from Jimmy Johns. See photos. I won't be back to this location. When we called to rectify the situation, they tried to give us a $20 credit but we paid more than that for the food. When we asked to be refunded the whole amount they said they couldn't do that and could only offer in store credit. What the hell is that?? Was told to come in on Saturday from 10-2 and talk to Sam. Dude, just refund us and we will keep our distance from this location.
