This was the first time I have ever posted a unsatisfied comment for Jamba Juice. I have always been completely satisfied in the past. Jeremy offered me a free drink stating he always wants to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. I picked up my free drink last Friday and was not disappointed. In fact, I was completely satisfied with a drink. That was perfectly slushy and delicious! Thank you, Jeremy for your amazing and exceptional Customer Service. I highly recommend the Coeur d’Alene Jamba Juice store.
