You really need to revamp your representatives that do the front. Probably hiring someone with a customer service background would be the first part. They no longer carry my all time favorite smoothie and looked at me dumbfounded I even asked for it.. guess I will have to deal with what's on the main menu, and the attitudes that come with it...
