    Got my order wrong, I asked for white chocolate and they gave me milk chocolate which just tasted like a straight up Hershey, never going again

    I have spent at least two hundred on this place and just got the app for it but I have never been disappointed with my order- it has never been wrong! Always pretty fast and everybody there is nice. I loved the little doodle in my drink today! šŸ˜‚ā¤ļø

    I love duch and most of the time I get amazing people! I have always loved duch. But there is times when I dont get the best and I feel rushed or they do my order wrong. I have kids so I cant always come back if my order is wrong. I just take it... and toss it..m but overall probably 75% of the time I get amazing service and I love how sweet they all are
