  Stuffed crust was nasty, floppy and it seemed like only a small part of the pizza had sauce on it. The breadsticks tasted so horrible I spit them out and threw them away. Pizza hut is delicious but with so many disappointing experiences I don't think I will ever go back. About every six months or so I will give them another chance and they always disappoint me.

  This was the worst experience I have had with a pizza restaurant. Our delivery driver was 20 minutes late. Our pizza was completely messed up when I called the store Jacob answered the phone I explained what was going on and if I could get a replacement I was told no and that they didn’t have enough time to make it before they closed mind you I hung up the phone at 12:28 and they close at 1. I even offered to come get it and the answer was still no. This was so disappointing considering I just got off a late night shift. I probably will just stick to dominos after this.

  We ordered online we got 2 pizzas and some wings. When we received our order one of the pizzas was missing two main ingredients listed. The other one was burnt to the point where it was inedible. When we called he was very hostile and told us we could be credited back the missing items when we said we were able to come get another pizza as it was still an hour to close he immediately told us no when I showed up to the restaurant the manager Jacob was very hostile and rude and told me to leave the store because I had asked for a replacement. This was still 45 minutes before closing! So now we are out 45+ dollars for food we don’t can’t even eat!

  Jennifer was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. She even showed me my order before I left. Definitely five stars!
