    The drive thru was ridiculously slow, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes just for two large chocolate shakes,and when I got them they were barely cold it was more like chocolate milk than shakes. I can understand busy....but that was poorly handled orders and slow service.

    6/13/26 Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a McDouble and specifically asked for only ketchup, which is about as simple of a customization as you can get. Unfortunately, my burger was still made incorrectly. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons I haven't been to McDonald's in over a month. In the past, I've had issues with my orders being wrong, and after taking a break from eating there, I decided to give it another chance. Sadly, this experience reminded me exactly why I stopped going in the first place. The frustrating part is that I intentionally order easy, simple items because I know mistakes can happen. I don't make complicated requests or ask for a bunch of modifications. In this case, it was literally a McDouble with only ketchup. That's it. Yet somehow the order was still made wrong. What made the situation even worse was that I had already left town before discovering the mistake. We grabbed food before heading back to Idaho Falls, so simply turning around and having the order corrected wasn't a realistic option. When I contacted the restaurant, the manager offered to write my name down so I could come back another time and have the burger remade. While I appreciate the attempt to resolve the issue, that solution doesn't work for me. I was already out of town, and after repeatedly dealing with incorrect orders, I have no intention of making a special trip back for a replacement burger. I told the manager that I would not be returning. At this point, I feel a refund is the appropriate resolution. I paid for food that was not made as ordered, and because I was already on the road, I wasn't able to have the issue corrected at the time. I would prefer a refund check mailed to me rather than being offered a future replacement meal. Customer service starts with getting orders right the first time. People spend their hard-earned money expecting to receive what they ordered. While this may seem like a small issue, repeated mistakes are what drive customers away. I really wanted this visit to change my opinion and give me a reason to come back more often, but instead it reinforced the frustration that kept me away for the last month. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I won't be returning.

    I ordered on the app for a mobile pickup, and I waited over 40 minutes for 20 Nuggets. I wish I could say I received my food, but unfortunately I had to get back to work before they ever even made it to me. The staff sucks, the service is even worse. If you're not going through the drive-through, you'd have better and quicker service at a REAL restaurant. Went to get my money back and the app deleted my receipt entirely, so I couldn't even do that.

    Most mornings I get off work from working overnights and all I want is a chocolate milkshake. Every time I’ve tried to order one the excuses are “the machine is down”, “we ran out of ice cream”, and “our machine isn’t on”. I do not care if it’s on or off if a customer requests it then it should be done with no problems. Management should be doing better by making sure employees are doing their jobs correctly.

    Just waited for 20 minutes in the lobby for a single item while they ignored the whole lobby for the drive thru. Never going back to this location. How does it take 20 minutes to make a mcchicken? I could’ve caught, killed, butchered, and cooked a chicken in this time
