  Service wasn't that good, they weren't taking the 5 dollar meal deal after I had placed my order. Never bought anything. Not impressed.

  Not only did I spend over 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, I come to find out that the employee didn't even take my order correctly in the first place. So I got nothing that I wanted whatsoever. This is the last time I am giving Sonic 15.00 just to receive the wrong food

  I was craving a sonic blast they gave me a shake plus it had a hole in the side that they covered with a sticker that leaked all over my car so the time I got home it was all over my cup holder. My husband wanted the footlong dog tex mex style and paid for it and it definitely was not what he wanted. To say we are mad and disappointed is an understatement. We also tried asking for spoons and she shut the windows in our face and said have a good night and turned her back and ignored us. We will NOT be coming back anytime soon .. thanks for the disappointment

  My order is always wrong and it seems like the person taking orders no matter who it is has better things to be doing that their job. Its such a bummer because I love Sonic.

  I don't know who they think they are at every sonic I know what's in my drinks so don't think you can skip out on flavors, when I order a cherry, vanilla, Dr pepper, with a lime slice I expect my flavors not just my lime slice or making it into a dirty Dr pepper. I'm sick and tired of everything sonic I got to doing this and I'm going to start calling managers out to redo it and if not I'm going to call corporate. Flavor cost extra and if I don't get my flavors I'm going to complain about it because I paid for it. And it's not just this one it's the one in Nampa as well but either way if paid for I expect it, if flavors didn't cost I wouldn't care as much but this is ridiculous
