  On 5/14/26 came in for lunch buffet. Only had salad available until almost noon. The buffet was supposed to start at 11. Waitress was very rude and snobby. Also found a 4-5 in long hair on the pizza after it was put on buffet. Told waitress, was given a soda for my "inconvenience". Called to talk to manager. Nothing was done still. It would take a miracle for me or my family to eat here again. Also waitress was wanting tip when I paid before I even sat down

  Sitting at our table for 15 minutes. Still no drinks. And all we got was ice water. Waitress was talking to her Co worker about a customer that came in with a pick up... making fun of him. Not very friendly.

  If I'm putting the wrong name down I apologize in advance, I believe her name was Loretta, I just want to say thank you so much for your polite customer service and friendliness, and I have had nothing but good service from this Pizza Hut location, one time I did a pizza order and I had a migraine and I called to cancel the order and they were very polite on the phone, and also wished me to feel better, but today on my birthday they comped me my meal and My wife's meal and I want to just say how genuine and kind that was, it's so uncommon, and it made my day! I appreciate you guys very much!

  Delivery driver was half an hour late so I called the store and they said that she tried to deliver it but couldn't get a hold of me. They said that she called three times. The only calls I got came up on my phone from a random number and then immediately ended before I could pick up. My phone screens calls so it shows that she would call and then hang up a second after. "couldn't get a hold of me" ...She didn't give enough time for my phone to ring even once. And then what? I just don't get the pizza I paid for delivered? No one wanted to let me know or say anything? How long would I have been waiting if I didn't decide to call when I did? I havent eaten anything in two days. I'm injured. I can't drive and I'm in pain. I just wanted something easy but instead I got a deceitful woman who didn't want to deliver. So weird. Another driver ended up delivering me the food I bought a while later, and he was not only kind, but he knew how to operate a cell phone! No compensation though for the pizza that I ordered two hours ago from two blocks away or for the lady who was trying to get a quick "contact attempted log" and then take off. Or the fact that I have no idea how long I would've ended up waiting since they didn't inform me of what was going on. Just a late lukewarm pizza. The lady's name came up as Dickerson Delav, not sure If that's her name or what but I'm sure the manager can ask around. Last four her phone number was 3013. Common pattern, though, I only ever have problems like this with Pizza Hut. Never with Domino's. Just sayin.

  The Caldwell Idaho Pizza Hut has been fantastic! We used to be dominoes customers, but their product and quality went downhill severely. So we are happy to be back with Pizza Hut. Kudos To their entire team
