  Since they remodeled the restaurant. I had been in a couple of times. But unfortunately tonight was by far not a fan of it.

  I rarely leave a review for restaurants due to there being differences in standards, policies and preferences by the local management. However, this Pizza Hut and the female manager at this location is the most disrespectful, unprofessional and untimely establishment I have ever dealt with. My order was a carry out and was updated on the website as ready at 6:42pm, my wife arrived to pick up the order at 6:45pm. They notified her that it would be a few minutes and that they were busy. The order was finally handed to my wife at 7:48pm. This is extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. I cannot believe that any establishment can say that an order is ready for pickup when it is not and then proceed to make you wait in store for an hour+. The manager in the store was confronted by other patrons about their 45 minute wait and the manager became aggressive and disrespectful to the patrons and then proceeded to hide in the back and left the young girl up front to deal with the customers stacking up in the lobby. This management needs to be held accountable and terminated. We will no longer order from this location and will advise our neighbors and local groups to avoid this location at all costs.

  Poor service, worse than ever, . Even the store manager had an attitude. We made an carry out order, we were told 15 5to 25 min. We get there and 45 minutes we are still waiting our order. I asked to speak with a manager and she had the worst attitude for customer service.

  This Pizza Hut was our go to pizza place in the 80s and 90s. By the late 2000s service and food went down hill. I was last here about 10 years ago and swore I would never go back. I heard that Pizza Hut had improved to what they used to be decades ago. We had high hopes when we chose to dine in on Sunday, brought back some good memories. We were seated quickly but Imagine our disappointment after waiting almost 20 minutes and still did not get waited on. I left money on the table to cover our soda and we got up and left. Nothing has changed. Lesson learned.

  The worst attitude ive seen in fast food and thats gotta say something because these teens are outta control. Watch the way you speak to people before you know the situation. App says its ready at 705 40 min after I waited for it to be ready then at 730 I get told its still not ready. Maybe we dont say a order is ready just to "boost" your times. I normally avoid pizza hut but I wanted to try and give them a redemption by carrying out and they disappoint again and again.. why cant we not have a simple sorry for the tardiness. And move on instead a rude attitude is given to the customer and I hate to leave a bad review but im left with my 3rd disappointment from this store.....
