  Very disappointed in the service at this store anymore. The last three times we’ve been in they’ve been 30 minutes to an hour late on our pizza. Tonight we wanted 45 minutes after they said it would be ready and Employees copped attitude when asked about any discounts for the delay. Was very unimpressed by the customer service and it appears it’s not just one off but the new regular. Even the Uber Eats guy was in there telling me you basically an extra 45 minutes at this Pizza Hut on 10th and to expect poor service.

  I thought about leaving more stars. I tipped for delivery because it wasn't the drivers fault for this but our pizzas (all three) and our cheesy bread were raw and doughy. The crust barely had any coloring on it and is barely cooked. Not sure what to even do with the whole pizza since we couldn't detach it from the bottom of the box because it was so doughy...Would you feed your kids this? It took an hour and a half for it to get here which wouldn't have been a huge deal since construction and traffic is Caldwell is insane but my kids would've actually liked to eat what I paid for.

  Wow!! I have to say that Julie is the best waitress!!! I came here with my granddaughter for lunch and the buffet was on point!!! She checked back for refills and went above and beyond for all of her guests!! She really made this experience pleasant and memorable we will definitely be back!!! Thank you Management for having such an awesome person like Julie as apart of your team!!!!

  I’ve ordered pizza last 3 times in a row. Undercooked. So this time I told them cook it a bit longer. Then I get it burned crust black and meat crisp they can’t get it right. And i tip every time feeling sorry for them. I’m done. Dominoes here I come

  I came in thinking my wife had already ordered pizza , we figured out she hadn't. The poor staff must have had a bad day because they were ready to explain. I screwed up and it wasn't a big deal. I ordered what I thought my wife wanted and waited, watching the order board and the people coming in. While I sat there it became busier and busier, mostly from doordash drivers. The, obviously young, staff handled themselves with absolute professionalism. I thought I was supposed to get wings, I asked the cashier and she looked at the receipt, saw I hadn't ordered it and was about to show me, in defensenof herself. I told her I believed her, without looking at the receipt and ordered 12 wongs...until she told me the price, I said I didn't want wings that bad and without breaking a smile she said "ok" and then then told me to have a good day. I was impressed for as hectic...chaotic...as it was, they were all attentive, professional, apologetic if needed and willing to explain and explain again. Kudos to the entire shift!
