  I come here often because it’s close and cheap never had any issues before tonight I went through as normal and when I arrived to the speaker the guy told me it would be a minute,no problem it was a little busy so that’s expected but then I sat there for 25 minutes in Silence as cars back up behind me when I got to the speaker I asked if they forgot I was sitting there to which he replied I don’t know not sure how you don’t know when you have a camera and headset on I then I asked him why it took 20 minutes and he told me that wasn’t my problem and that I’m high and need to get out of his drive thru line I’m lot sure I’ll be going back

  The guy taking my order at the drive through was extremely unprofessional and had an attitude. Then everything that I ordered was completely wrong and missing items. Then I got no receipt at all. On top of everything else the drive through person did not communicate at all just stopped talking all of a sudden so I waited to see what he would say and instead after five minutes of waiting I decide to go to the first window and I sit there for another five minutes until finally the person at the second window tells me to move forward, sat there for ten minutes when it all could have been avoided if the employee had let me know to go to the second window. Then as I tried to have him confirm my order he hands me my drinks and just shuts my window and then goes back grabs my food and as I go to ask for a receipt he shuts the window no your welcome as I try to thank him. I have a look into my bag and I was missing two orders of fries, a drink, and my sauces. The cherry on top was the fact that I paid for the whole meal and have no receipt or anything to prove that I did.

  The guy working the window had an open wound on his hand. I had to pull around front and after waiting for like 10 minutes I went inside and I saw this same guy bagging up my food and I'm pretty sure he touched my fries with his bare hands and when I asked for sauce he grabbed it with the hand that had a wound on it. Im taking skin hanging kinda opem wound. 4 other employees made eye contact with me but didn't help at all. I just left seriously so disgusting! I refused to eat the fries and just hoped the dude didnt touch my burger but it doesn't really matter because it's ice cold and that's the whole reason I was told to pull to the front. So dumb so gross, so unprofessional and unsanitary.

  They hire nothing but incompetent workers who clearly can't listen and take an order correctly even after repeating it several times and when pulling up to the window just for them to get it wrong anyway. And not the first time either. Sometimes they will repeat the order back to me correctly and STILL put in the system wrong. They need to pay more attention.

  This place is so slow all of the coworkers are off in lala land in the back and when I ask when my order is gonna be ready the staff told me that it'll be ready when it's ready there is no one in the store just a couple people and I've been here for 40 min all around not the best one I've been to
