  The WORST McDonald's I've ever been too! They messed up my order, went behind the wall and did something super shady because I could see the marks in my original food and they just scraped it. They were rolling their eyes and had the worst attitude ever, over THEM MAKING the completely wrong item like it was my fault. I didnt have any special instructions. My husband also saw them eating out of the fry thing, gross! What a joke!

  App doesn't work here and despite being open 24hrs can't order breakfast for like 20 min in the morning after they switch. Kind of annoying.

  The customer service here is not even there they will hand your food out without even looking at you then shut the window. The food was cold and dry like it had been sitting for hours. Never again will I go to this place they are horrible.

  When given drink carrier (that I had to ask for then was given a dirty look for) I wasn't told that the shakes don't fit. I put it in the carrier and it IMMEDIATELY spilled over half of the shake. I didn't even make it out of the drive thru. Now, because you guys can't get drink carriers that fit, or have your associates let people know that your drinks don't fit the carriers, I have to clean MILKSHAKE my LEATHER seats. Then, the shift lead on duty, wanted to say they fit when obviously it doesn't because IT LITERALLY FELL OVER IN THE CARRIER. So lying and can't figure out how to let people know that a billion dollar company can't understand drink carriers. 0/5 would be the rating if possible.

  Don’t go to the McDonalds on 10th in Caldwell Idaho. My mom and I were sitting having some breakfast with my service dog bear, when the manager walked up to us and said that he cannot be near the table as I am mid having a panic attack. My dog provides service for anxiety and PTSD, and the way that I have trained him to help with those circumstances are sitting close to my chest and focusing on me . This manager was extremely rude and was talking down on us in a loud voice instead of being professional about it. When I tried explaining to him what my dog does, and how he provides his service, he was still being very aggressive and rude towards myself and my mom. He finally walked away and went to the back kitchen and waited until we left and was watching us the whole time when we finally got up to get refills he comes over with a spray sanitizer and sprays only a specific square where we were sitting on the table and our seats and nowhere else mind you there was another table that had just left right next to us and he did not touch that table. The whole time he was doing nothing but giving us rude looks and watching everything that we do. It is plain and clear as day that my service animal has his official tags that were in good view for everyone to see. this is very derogative and discriminative to the point where it’s bringing a bad representation to the 10th Ave. McDonald’s. so to anyone who has a service dog and decides to bring them to McDonald’s here on 10th just know you might be dealing with the same encounter as we did.
