  if i could give a negative star i would!! People who work here are miserable all the time.. Especially the managers rudest unprofessional workers!!

  They hardly EVER get the order right whether it's the drive through or DELIVERY! And the employees plus managers, don't like when u tell them. They can't even apologize or make up for their common mistakes. It's most horrible when the mistake is with a delivery as they are responsible to get the items in the bag not delivery people. Then they expect u to go pick up half of your meal they failed to put in the damn bag! It's delivery dummy's we pay delivery fees and tips. Managers and employees suck! To top it off McDonald's thinks they aren't responsible for refunds even though the order is made off their app! Then they make u get out of the line and wait for them to fill other orders even if it's fries or a drink they freaking owe u! So ridiculous and unprofessional! I'm very over it, but my kids love McDonald's

  The past 2 nights, one girl in the drive through and tonight the “ lady “ manager that was in the drive through is wild. Big attitude for no reason. Got intensely rushed yesterday and tonight refused to get something in a certain container because “ we wont open a box just for you “ mamas this is your JOB. If you can’t so customer service, you shouldn’t have a customer service job!! Otherwise it’s a good place. They just be hiring anyone.
