As someone who has Celiac Disease,I appreciate the attention my drink receives to assure it is safe,as well as staff that know exactly what is gluten free and what is not.

I got the iced chai tea with a white chocolate shot — it was creamy, perfectly spiced, and the white chocolate added a nice sweet touch without being overpowering. Really hit the spot. My daughter had the strawberry banana smoothie with whip in the straw — she loved it! The guy at the window was awesome — super nice, made sure the whipped cream was piled high in the straw just like she wanted, and it made her day. That extra personal touch was appreciated. The girl who took our order in the drive thru was fairly nice, but she jetted off quickly to chat with her teammates before my card payment even finished processing. It made me feel a bit rushed and less important as a customer. Dutch Bros is usually known for friendly, attentive service, so this stood out. Overall, great drinks and one outstanding interaction at the window. We’ll be back, but hoping for a bit more consistent focus on customers during the handoff/payment moment. Keep up the good work on those custom touches!

Broistas taking your order should let you know they already ran out of special drop so you can know if you’d still like to order or not.
- LBlisa BloomfieldJun 20, 20261.0I ordered an annihilator with caramel and I didn’t even get that. I don’t know what I got. My husband got an eagle and they put caramel in his eagle and it was supposed to be in my annihilator and I still don’t know if I even got it annihilator!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
