    Love, love, love Dutch bros!! I just wish they had gluten free food options! The Rebels, tea and coffee are always great and the staff and service is never a disappointment. Everyone is friendly, dedicated and hard working.

    Absolutely disgusting experience. We literally watched an employee come outside and pet a dog right in front of us, then go straight back inside and, with nowhere near enough time to have properly washed their hands, immediately start making our drinks and handling our food. That alone was enough to completely turn me off. But then, while we were still sitting at the drive-thru window, we could hear the employees inside talking shit about us. If you’re going to be rude and unprofessional, at least have enough sense to wait until the customer can’t hear you. Between the blatant food-safety concern and the incredibly unprofessional customer service, I absolutely would not come back.

    The people taking orders always act like they hate their jobs. No smiles, no friendly attitude. The difference between the Caldwell and Nampa locations is night and day. I'd prefer the Nampa location any day.. if you're so miserable just quit your job and get a job you'll actually enjoy instead of ruining everyone else's day

    I just tried to get a golden eagle after a very long difficult day and my husband got a banana flavored drink so they must have not cleaned something in between or used the same of something because my golden eagle taste completely of banana which I do not like. I'm about to stop going to this location because they have been making so many mistakes and my drink is usually 7 or 8$ to be constantly wrong! I'm changing my star to a one from 3 and adding more to my review. I have been a customer for a long time and spend a lot of time and money at your business just for my review to get a generic response of go leave a comment somewhere else with a link. Banana in the golden eagle? Come on do better. Just because my husband orders banana in a chai doesn't mean use all the same utensils or whatever happened.
