- MBMolly Bagley3 days ago1.0First and foremost, the line was ridiculous, and we had sat there for more than 30 minutes before we made it to the window to pay… They do not except Discover or American express, which is not posted anywhere. After receiving our dipped cone and milkshake, we were told we must give it back. The cone was already eaten off of. How unprofessional. Most fast food places would apologize, get the correct things posted on the window, and let us go on our way. Terrible service. They don’t even deserve a one star rating. Zero stars is the accurate representation for this establishment.

Hygiene practices and store cleanliness is deplorable. You can not order food without parking and waiting. Owner needs to care and show up to set expectations.
- KMKenan MunozMay 9, 20261.0Me and my friends walked in and immediately noticed the dirty restaurant. The lighting in the restaurant was depressing and the employee's attitudes were just as sad. When we received our blizzards, they were melted and barely filled to the top. There was an employee, she has one of the worst attitudes and customer service that I have seen for awhile. I tried to call the store and say something and there was no answer. The DQ in middleton is WAY BETTER than this one.

Trash cans are always overflowing, prep areas are never clean, floor is always gross and sticky. If it was because they were busy, I would be able to understand it. But even when they aren't busy, instead of cleaning the prep areas, or emptying the trash cans or throwing away bananas peels, they just sit around and talk. And this isn't a one visit experience, it is every time I come to this location. The pictures speak for themselves.
