- MMMarkus4 days ago1.0Hands down the WORST chipotle in Idaho. They skim out on protein it’s actually crazy, you’re basically getting a rice burrito that isn’t even folded. Chips are ALWAYS stale it’s actually INSANE. I rather drive to the Nampa one on Garrity than go to this location.

Went in today to redeem the free double protein with low expectations and of course I got MAYBE, one full serving. I love chipotle but at this point considering driving to another location or switching to Qdoba.
- RSRyan SchnelbachAug 17, 20261.0I went here this weekend with my girlfriend who has celiac’s disease - typically Chipotle is very accommodating and willing to serve a safely gluten feee meal. The staff didn’t know what to do or how to handle a gluten free order. Usually staff is willing to be guided on how to prepare the meal safely - the kitchen worker rolled his eyes at us, and did not want to prepare a new chicken breast, access new rice or utensils that could have cross contaminated with the tortillas. It was a rude and odd response. We left. The woman working the register was apologetic and kind, and one kitchen staff member was as well.

- APAdam PentzJul 9, 20262.0Y'know, I'm really trying to consider the positives and negatives in this post. The food is expensive for what I got (a carnitas salad) but it was tasty and decent quality, and where my wife and I sat was clean. The employees were helpful, and they prepared our food well. That said, what these employees lacked was training and accountability: they mumbled questions so badly we had to have them repeat themselves, and while my wife and I ate, they stood behind the counter LOUDLY TALKING and laughing instead of cleaning, which really needed to have happened. It definitely made it so we wished we'd went elsewhere. That's a bummer, because as a person who controls diabetic blood sugar issues with diet, there aren't a lot of Mexican restaurants like that around. Please get better, Ustick Chipotle.
