  never again! This crew is the most incompetent, rude, and zero F's given staff of any fast food chain I’ve ever been to in my almost 50 years of life. That’s not an exaggeration. I’ve been eating at Buffalo wild wings since 2011 and this is by far the worst crew ever. If you don’t care about your job and don’t take pride in it, don’t work there or anywhere. No amount of unlimited wings will have me coming back to this branch.

  The manager helped us and he barely looked at us while taking the order. The employees were more worried about their phones than any store upkeep with the trash full, all tables dirty and chairs in disarray. The food was the worst we have had at any Buffalo Wild Wings. We definitely waster our money as we didn’t finish anything.

  Ordered 15 piece and fries. We picked up the order and found out at home we didn’t get any fries. We called right away. The person was apologetic and said he would refund us for the fries but 4 days later nothing. This was our first experience with BWW.

  Keep in mind to check your prices. They are using deceptive marketing strategies to get more sales. Their BOGO Half Off deal increases the cost of the original item. For example: One 10 Boneless Wing = $12.29 (Before Taxes) Two 10 Boneless Wing = $24.58 (Before Taxes) One BOGO Half Off 10 Boneless wing = $22.49 Instead now you pay $14.99 for 10 wings and get half off of those wings. Total Savings on their BOGO Half Off deal is about $2

  I am so happy to have this next to me! My kiddos were happy too about the opening UNTIL. They spent all night from 9pm Monday night to 11am Tuesday (Grand Opening) and without notice, realized you had to be 18 to get the coupon booklet for the free wings. They were so upset that they braved the night when adults went to their cars, and some of the kiddos even went home and came back didnt even stay the night. My kiddos were out there all night with me of course. The teens that went home and came back they got the opportunity to have an adult meet them up there, but I felt bad because another girl had her mom come up there, and there was a big fuss and the girl left in tears because she was so embarrassed that the guy singled her out. It wasn't told that you had to be 18 to get a book thing for free wings. BUT THE FRANCHISE OWNER MADE IT RIGHT WITH THE TEENS! HE IS AN AMAZING PERSON! None the less, Buffalo Wild Wings is our absolute favorite place to eat, and we are very excited (once the disappointment wears off because they didnt get free wings for a year) they will be so happy that it has come to Caldwell! I don't doubt this will be a successful business! UPDATE: The food is amazing! It was hot, fresh, and tasted so good! The Mango Habenero Wings are a favorite as is the Honey BBQ. Yall, the staff is equally amazing! Go visit!
