    Went into Tropic Smoothie and wow the place was busy! 3 people were working the store, there was when I got there about a line of 5-6 people waiting to get their orders and the drive thru. It took the staff about 10-15 minutes to get through all the orders, including mine. The blonde haired guy took my order, gave me a compliment on my physique (brown nosing, but I appreciate it). I ordered a Avocado smoothie, an egg wrap and compared to other places the smoothies are a lot more reasonably priced compared to other fast food joints. With the rewards program, I'll probably come back again. To the staff, keep up the excellent work and trust me. I've been a busser, delivery driver, Costco cart gather so I know it is hard but the work ethic will make you stronger for future higher-paying roles.

    Second time here recently because the smoothies and bowls are delicious! The service is SOOOOOO PAINFULLY SLOW though!! Figure it out please because we want to keep coming back but a 30 minute wait for 2 smoothies is a lot when there are only 2 customers in the restaurant😩

    Last week I ordered a combo with a smoothie and those "toasted" snack rolls, and I am just getting around to this review. I don't know if it was an accident or if this was how it is meant to be, but my snack rolls were fridge cold like they had been taken out of a storage area and thrown directly into my bag. The smoothie was ok, but the food was so disgusting that I had to throw it away without finishing it, and I eat almost anything. I was not expecting fridge cold rolls. They hadn't even seen a tea candle, much less a toaster. I really hope it was just a whoopsie instead of how they regularly serve these. But either way, after how much I spent on something I had to throw away, I couldn't be more disappointed that my brother talked me into trying this place. Please don't call something "toasted" if it is 42 degrees as measured by a digital thermometer I keep in my car. I wish I could rewind time to before I made this mistake. And no, I did not wait to eat them, I am too fat to wait. They did not cool off in my bag, I tried to eat them immediately in case someone thought I waited too long.

    Love the smoothies here, but I door-dashed a choc PB protein and it was pretty tasty until I realized i'd been chewing on random styrofoam from the cup. Turns out, there was a big chunk of it thrown in (see photo)! Please check to make sure you aren't feeding customers styrofoam. Only problem i've had in a long history of orders.

    Customer service sucked. They were very slow on a slow day. I have worked here before and I would have had the food and smoothie out fast; it doesn't take 20 minutes on a slow day. Do better!
