  Slowest Taco Bell there is. Waited for several minutes in the drive-thru not moving before finally backing out and going inside, waited over 20 minutes for a few tacos and cinnamon twists. They seemed to have at least 4-5 people working but at snail speeds. Avoiding this location moving forward.

  I want to highlight Emma specifically her customer service in a time of a very volatile service. Interruption was incredible. They don’t pay people enough to deal with service interruptions when people want drunk food. For such a massive corporation, you should pay these people much better, especially people of service like her and the entire staff of the Fairview location. They are incredible.

  Every time I come to this Taco Bell, especially at night, the store seems really understaffed and the employees look overwhelmed. Orders take a while and you can tell the workers are trying to handle multiple things at once. It doesn’t come across as the employees not carin it feels more like there just aren’t enough people scheduled to keep up with how busy it gets. I’ve also noticed management focusing a lot on speed and times, even when the staff is clearly stretched thin. I hope this location gets better support, because the employees seem to be doing their best in a tough situation
