  Ordered delivery. When the driver got there, he was told that my order had already been picked up and they refused to assist any further. The driver felt so bad, he paid for another order of the same and brought it to me. Taco Bell customer service has yet to respond. A $13 order ended up costing me almost $30 when all was said and done. Real nice.

  I ordered a Crunchwrap and a grilled cheese burrito, and both were seriously disappointing. The Crunchwrap had maybe a teaspoon of ground beef, no nacho cheese sauce at all, and was filled mostly with soggy lettuce, a few bits of tomato, and a little sour cream. It was bland and poorly made.The grilled cheese burrito was just as bad—completely flat, like a pancake, and definitely not worth the $6 price tag. Overall, the quality was far below what I expected. Sadly, this will be my last time ordering here.

  Order missing items. Called to get it corrected all they could say is come in later and say Jacob said I could get my item replaced.. that doesn't help me or my wallet..

  Really taco bell? 10 nachos fries for a whole meal??? You guys really hurting that bad? I don't know if I should be upset at the clear lack of incompetence, or feel sorry for your economical struggle that only allows you to spare 10 fries per customer. Its already bad enough that all your portions seem like they're just enough to starve an enthiopian child.
