  This is our regular Taco Bell, usually the worse the rating the better the Taco Bell but this one is our favorite. Service is always great, they’ve only messed up my food once and it was just missing a side of chips. I’ve never been inside but whatever they have in there is none of my business because the food comes out fresh and good.

  Placed an online order a few minutes before my arrival to be picked up in the lobby. I ordered a lot of food, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my food. I saw it sitting on a shelf and had to ask if it was ready. Because of the wait I was late to my son's game. I also did not have time to check my order and found out they left out a couple of items. My mistake for choosing taco bell. Never making that mistake again.

  I ordered a Nachos Bellgrande with extra meat. it was on the screen. it’s on my receipt. I asked for it and paid for it. not only did I NOT GET the extra meat I asked and paid for, I got no meat at all. ZERO! truly it’s not a difficult job. to be this oblivious or jus flat out unprofessional is ridiculous. young crew. I’ve been there. but these kids never see consequences and won’t understand until they get older. maybe. jus lazy. I order extra meat every time, I’ve had it regular a couple times from this exact establishment. but this is the first time absolutely ZERO meat when paid for extra. don’t expect much from this crew. they obviously do the bare minimum for a paycheck. they don’t care.

  I’ve given this Taco Bell chance after chance, but at this point it’s just ridiculous. Every single week for the past month, my order has been messed up without fail. It’s not even complicated requests, just simple instructions like “no lettuce, add sour cream,” and somehow they still can’t get it right. The last visit was the worst. I called and spoke to the manager, who told me to come back and that she’d personally make sure my order was remade correctly. I drove back, sat in the lobby for 45 minutes, and got absolutely nothing. No update, no food just wasted time. When I finally got her attention, all I received was a partial refund while the rest of my food sat there getting cold and inedible. No accountability, no urgency, nothing. At this point, it’s not just incompetence it’s straight-up poor management. If you can’t follow basic order instructions or honor what you tell customers over the phone, you shouldn’t be running a shift. Do better.

  Absolutely abysmal service. Friend of mine has gone here 5 separate times and each time apparently no lettuce is such a hard concept.to understand. They mark it on the ticket sure enough but the lack of follow through needs to be studied for future generations. Not to mention the wait time. I swear to you grass grows faster than the orders come out the food is almost always cold and poor quality. Honestly I recommend starting up your own resteraunt calling it Bell Taco and you still won't have the food you ordered. Staff is super disorganized and has no clue whats going on. Whoever manages this store definitely needs to either step up or step out of the way for someone who can actually lead.
