  If i could give negative stars i would. These rude employees had us sit for an HOUR for our mobile order then told us someone ran out with it and that the manager supposedly refused to remake it. We didnt even get a refund!!! I think they never even made the order considering they kept worrying about doordash orders only and then couldn't even remember we were there and when we first got there we tried to pick up the order INSIDE and you told us NO BECAUSE IT WAS FOR DRIVE THRU PICKUP. You owe us $26.24. Best believe the Better Business Bureau is involved now and all of your jobs are done.

  I'm giving the one star rating because the amount of times I've ordered from them and they mess up my food. Hoping each time it's better. I can care less about quick service. I'd prefer my food being correct. I live in the area and don't have a car so I unfortunately always have to order from this location. Today I ordered 3 cravings boxes and 3 freezes since it was happy hour. They put food in wrong boxes and because of it someone that has a food aversion to rice got my bean and rice burrito and bit into it thinking it was his bean burrito. They are skimpy with beef on the crunchwrap. To get the normal amount of beef you have to pay for extra beef. Tortilla this time was dry and burnt. They messed up on the drinks putting no ice in the regular and ice in the zero sugar drink. There was supposed to be ice in the regular drink and not in the zero sugar. We have contacted the store multiple times about the messed up orders and I'm just getting seriously frustrated with the constant issues. Occasionally a friend will drive me to the Chinden location and they have always got my order correct. So I'm not sure why such a big difference with the State St location. I mean take a little extra time and make sure the food is correct before you send it out.

  I bought a ground beef chalupa and there was about maybe a half inch of meat in there mostly lettuce and cheese and tomato. I'll never go there again

  Every single time I order from here, whether it’s order ahead or at the speaker, the portions are so skimpy it’s ridiculous. I got a quesadilla with, no kidding, 3 pieces of chicken in the entire thing, it was my final straw on posting this review. If you order something like a cheesy Gordita crunch or chalupa, expect less meat than a soft taco(again, genuinely no more than a sprinkle, and nowhere near a scoop you’ll get at literally any other location) on top of that, the rice is usually hard and crispy, chalupas are a gamble if it’ll be fresh or like a cracker sitting out for days. It gives the impression this location is struggling for money and makes you wonder where else they are cutting corners. Aside from the poor quality and skimpy portions, the workers are usually fairly nice

  Sooooo slow~™ Usually okay with Taco Bell's food. I don't know if a time goes by that I order there and there's everything there. The stuff you eat is good, and the service are usually polite. Sometimes they actually surprised me it makes me think you know what you're doing at the drive-thru, until you drive home and some of the food is not there or you have somebody else's order. Even making you pull over half the time pull up to the front of the store to be able to bring your food out, you would think since they have time for an order to come out that it can be double checked when finishing it. Not Taco Bell, they're real special there. So other than forgetting up to half your order every time the service in the Drive-Thru is okay, you just can't believe them when they say everything's in there. I would recommend checking your order every time, because most likely something will be missing. As for dining in, as long as you have all day, it's an okay place to eat. Next time you go, remember the phrase Sooooooo Slooow, and see if you agree. I would not rate Taco Bell as a fast food restaurant if they have more than two or three orders. If no one is in line or if they have no more than one order, Taco Bell is an okay to place to eat-in. Take it home if you check your bag and hurry home so it's still a little warm it's good then also. Sooooo Slooooow
