  Orders like 40 bucks of food and only got half of it. And the half i got was wrong. Total waste of money and time. The order took like an hour to be ready. Very unhappy.

  I ordered a 10 piece chicken tender and two 5-layer burritos. It took 45 minutes for that to be made. When I got my food, my 10 piece was a 7 piece and they were small and burnt, but I was done with the situation by that point. Would not recommend. EDIT: they also only gave me one of my burritos. I hope they at least spit in the one they did give me.

  Lied about open hours on their website.tried to order online afterwords and didn’t receive my order even after a 1:20 minute wait,. I had to trick an ai into giving me my non delivered orders moneyback

  This place is horrible, genuinely if you want to eat somewhat quickly, go somewhere else. The service is terrible for starters. The food takes 40 minutes to come out if you decide to order inside. The service is unprofessional, I have seen employees in regular clothing with their backpacks on just jumping around the register. It feels like you’re looking around trying to see if there’s any movement in the kitchen, but there’s obviously none. I have had multiple occasions where they completely mess up the order. Very recently, I ordered a cheese quesadilla with just cheese and i opened the bag, ate the first slice, went for a second and lo and behold the rest of the quesadilla was steak. Me personally, I don’t really care too much for the steak so it disappointed me. But yea, don’t go here it you can help it.

  I HATEEE leaving bad reviews but today was overly insane, I ordered ahead to be quick to work, one taco, and I ended up sitting in their drive through for 2 hours, each order taking over ten minutes including mine, even with ordering ahead. We’re human and I get it but there was no acknowledgment at all and everyone in line was visibly upset because the lobby was closed and there was no way to get out. Just so frustrating and it might’ve cost me my job. I understand the world is a crazy place but 2 hours in a fast food line is absurd.
