  They took 45 minutes just to bring me and my wife 2 shakes. Never in my life have I seen this atrocity. They said sorry for the wait. But they weren’t. I seen it on their face. What a tragedy

  Waited forever in a Drive-Thru. There was us and one other car and no customers inside, at least there were no cars in the parking lot. By the time I got my two kids meals and chicken sandwich there was a huge line behind us because of how long it took for them to get my order done. I figured my food would be fresh. I mean after all that's probably why it was taking so long, tots are cooking in the fryer, right. Nope old, stale, and nasty. Condiments weren't provided as we requested. My kids Junior burgers we're so soggy I had to make them some other food and toss the food that we just paid for away which really sucks. What a complete waste of my time and money. What happened to good old customer service. I guess you just have to stick with Chick-fil-A or In and Out Burger.

  I bought my guys at work breakfast burritos and they were terrible!! Tons of raw onions, like wayyyyy toooo many! We couldn't even eat them. Never again.
