  Been off and on eating here for about a year. Only three times has food taken less than 15-25 minutes to get. If you're not drive through, you seem to be bumped in line for ordering amd getting your food. Last time I went, the person was annoyed, and was so pierced around the mouth area, the mumbled. I'm done with them after this last experience.

  Took a little time but Yum! - Tasty smash Burger 🍔. Onion rings Crispy , Delicious with sauce. Milkshake good thick an tasty 🧊 ice in drink small and chewable.

  Normally I don't write reviews but after multiple bad experiences at this location, I feel I need to speak up. Every time I visit this location there are issues with either my order or rude employees. Often times I have waited, unacknowledged at the drive thru window for upwards of 15 minutes before I am able to pay and get my then cold food. Other times the person taking the order is rude, clippy or makes me feel like I am ruining their day by ordering something. A more common issue I have noticed is that I am frequently billed for the item I ordered, but the item I received is a cheaper version, usually lacking premium toppings like veggies or bacon that should be included or using different products altogether. I have also been given smaller sizes while being billed for the larger option. Sauces are also often left off of orders. I have yet to have a good experience here. Go to a different location if you really want sonic

  Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes before I even got to window with only 2 cars ahead of me. Then I sat at the window for another 10 minutes before I got my order that wasn't complete. I asked for the remaining items that I paid for and employee was very rude and asked if I had a receipt even she just served me at the window. 25 minutes is a long time to wait in a drive thru that isn't even busy. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and been served faster. When I got home the pretzels I ordered couldn't be eaten because they were so overcooked that they were hard as a rock. Burgers were ice cold like they had been sitting on the counter for a while. I will never give sonic another penny of my money. Employees need much better training in customer service and obviously how to cook. If the food is not edible you shouldn't serve it especially when people are spending their hard earned money on it. Do better Sonic!

  We’re from out of town and had to uber to and from so we weren’t even able to go back to fix the issue. We made sure to say our order as loud and clear as possible, and they still got it completely wrong. Asked for a sausage toaster and received a bacon toaster with 1 piece of bacon, no exaggeration. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks tasted like pancake batter, the french toast sticks were crunchy, and the Dr. Pepper couldn’t have been flatter. Highly disappointed
