  You guys need to step it up with customer service. One this worker at 10pm and night had no personality and wasn’t nice at all. And never apologized for not having heath at all and even worse after I paid informed me after the fact I ordered that they had no pretzels. You guys suck get new employees, thats not how I want to be treated.

  I just wanted a sweet treat after a long day, the the lady taking my order was very rude, and after I had already paid she then told me they didn’t have what I ordered, she didn’t even offer me a refund she just said I could pick something else. Very disappointed…

  Everytime I get drinks here, they taste of sulfur or rotten eggs. The two I just got almost made me vomit immediately. 🤢

  Been going to Sonic for years as it's always been my favorite burger joint. This Sonic has one girl who's always been extremely rude & slow with orders: a curly haired girl with glasses (I easily could've written over five 1-star reviews of this restaurant over the past year just based on my experiences with her alone). But the rest of the staff has always been nice & timely. Tonight I went in to pick up a to go order for UberEats (placed in advance, of course). I drive thru the drive thru to get it. After waiting at the window for about 5 minutes, they told me they decided to prioritize a larger order in the parking stall (I'm almost 100% this left was placed after my order, as I received the notification to pick my order up about 15 minutes earlier, but I digress). I'm told to pull over to the side to wait for the order. The order ends up being 20 minutes late, and when it's ready, the rude girl who always takes too long with orders brings it out & tells me I was supposed to wait at the window (even though the other staff member told me to pull over). I told her the order shouldn't have been 20 minutes late, and she behind screaming at me in the parking lot telling me to never come back. It's a shame, I love Sonic & that particular Sonic has always been good. But she's always been incredibly rude. When I showed up late to deliver the order to the UberEats customer, I apologized & explained the situation to him. He told me another delivery driver had a similar experience there a couple weeks prior, and he won't be ordering from Sonic anymore.

  Sat at a stall for about 20 minutes then push the botton to see how long it was going to be and was asked to go to the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for about 17 more minutes before even getting to the window. And it looked clearly my shakes were made and just sitting there and my food was not even hot. And when the drive thru girl handed me my food she was rude and pushed my order out the window and shut it. Will never be coming back to this sonic. This was not ok. And when they answered the driver thru they said it is a mess in the restaurant
