- CLCiara Lady4 days ago1.0Teenage cutups was all that was working when I have gone inside. So I did delivery. 15 burgers and 5 large fries. Over $100. Dasher got my order to me on time, but only half of it. Store and dasher blaming each other. Store can't get the rest of my order to me. I have to go to the store to get it and if I want a refund I have to go to the store also. And that ends my relationship with Smashburger.

- RARe ASep 13, 20263.0The food is really good and it has a lot of potential. However both times we went here the restaurant was not clean. When we came in the second time the entire staff was in the dining room chatting, which is fine, if they had gotten their responsibilites out of the way first. Every single table was not cleaned, and Absolutely no one made any effort to get a table ready either, we had to wipe our own stuff off just to sit down and they gave us a dry rag to do it when we asked. They aren't cleaning at all, it shows. it was so dirty that we are questioning how clean the kitchen is. many places look like they have never been wiped down, especially the kids highchairs and boosters. Probably won't be coming back, unfortunately because the menu options are very solid. But if they aren't cleaning the dining area they definitely aren't cleaning the kitchen either.
