  Your practice of taking an order in the drive-thru and then asking the person to pull around to the front is wildly inconvenient for the person. I went in through the drive-thru so I didn't have to stop and park my car and wait for food I went through the drive-thru so I could sit in my car and wait for the food to come through the window. All you're doing is wildly inconveniencing your customers so you can game your stats.

  Allowed someone to steal our door dash order, refused to replace it. Openly admitted they don't supervise the door dash order counter.

  They gave me 1 ketchup packet for a large fry. Drink only partially filled up. Guy giving me the food was quick and dismissive. Shame.

  patties were paper thin, cashier acted as if it was his 1st day on earth, and everything was cold. 1/50 never coming here again

  Go to any other location. For the love of god just let this one shut down. They are terrible all around. The attitude of some of them is terrible. When they’re confronted with a mistake they aren’t apologetic or try to find away to make it right and make the customer want to come back. I have had to come back to this location so many times because they missed items. I as the customer shouldn’t have to check the bag for all my food before I leave especially being in curbside or drive thru! The whole point of those two options is to not have to step foot inside and get that’s what you basically have to do unless you want to circle around and wait in the drive thru like again. Like are you gonna start paying me for all the times I’ve had to do the employees job and check my bag? Are you gonna start giving me gas money for all the times I get home with a big order thinking it’s all there, just to have to drive back there to get the missing items? This is just ridiculous
