  Got a nugget happy meal and they literally put an empty box in the happy meal. No nuggets at all.

  I had a very disappointing experience, and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal, which is supposed to come with two beef patties, with extra mustard, light ketchup, no slivered onions, extra pickles, and 2 shredded lettuce, along with large fries and a large Coke. Instead, the burger did not match my requested order, and I only received one beef patty instead of two. I also ordered large fries and received a large container, but there were barely any fries in it. The fries were very small, had dark, burnt-looking pieces, and some had a white substance on them. There was only a little salt on some of the fries, while others had no salt at all. The food quality was very disappointing, and the overall meal did not look fresh or properly prepared. I paid for a specific order and a large meal, but unfortunately, that is not what I received. I hope this issue can be addressed.

  Ordered with my dad for delivery and order was wrong . Tried to call for 20 minutes and just got a busy signal I understand the convenience of online ordering and delivery... But when you're not getting what you ordered and paid for at least have the decency to have someone to address the issue... This is unacceptable for a franchise that has been around for so many years!!!!
