I'm not sure how this place is still getting such great reviews since our experience the past few times have not been great. This last visit was the last straw for me and I won't come here again. They've started encouraging you to order online for quicker service, etc., so we did that, but our food was cold even though we got there right when it was made and the order was incomplete, so I wouldn't recommend doing that. Then we went upstairs to eat and the place was utterly filthy. It's as if staff never bother to wipe anything down ever (what are we even tipping for??). The high chairs available for our 1 year old were caked in grime, the windows, mirrors, tables, chairs, and floor were also dirty... very unappetizing! And to top it all off, the hand rail on the stairs was broken, which my husband discovered as he was carrying our infant down the stairs. The sticky strips on the stairs have almost completely worn off, making the safety hazard even worse. We've been ordering the same two sandwiches for ages and neither was good. The dressing on mine tasted rancid and I should've trusted my tastebuds and sent my food back because I was sick for the next two days!! These are expensive sandwiches so I think it's fair to expect quality food that doesn't make you sick. This location has seriously gone downhill over the past couple of years. We will, however, drive the extra distance to the Parkcenter location since we've only had positive experiences there. I think maybe the downtown location just needs a new manager or staff who are motivated to do their jobs well instead of doing the bare minimum.
