We ordered 1 very simple sandwich, a #12. And it took 8 min to get our food. There was only 1 other customer in the store. This location is not busy at this moment, but there's a bag of trash and cardboard at the drink station, and no service. Very disappointing

New employee states with a negative & aggressive attitude “we have to toast our sandwiches if they come toasted”. This is because I ordered the Ultimate Italian not to be toasted. He was excited to run and grab the manager, like he was needing mommy to tell him how good he did to get confrontational regarding an order. So this female manager couldn’t wait to show her managerial power on a customer with a simple request. Both are completely incompetent & together lack even an ounce of customer service. Both are completely pathetic cowards that can’t wait to jump on a cop’s lap. Both are itching to feel important by any means possible
