  Been a JJ’s customer for years and never had an issue. On 05/01/2026 I went to JJ’s on Overland Rd, Boise. New employee states with a negative & aggressive attitude “we have to toast our sandwiches if they come toasted”. This is because I ordered the Ultimate Italian not to be toasted. He was excited to run and grab the manager, like he was needing mommy to tell him how good he did to get confrontational regarding an order. So this female manager couldn’t wait to show her managerial power on a customer with a simple request. Both are completely incompetent & together lack even an ounce of customer service. Both are completely pathetic cowards that can’t wait to jump on a cop’s lap. Both are itching to feel important by any means possible

  I love the taste of their sandwiches. Don't forget to ask what more you can add to your sandwich choice for free.

  absolutely ridiculous, ordered at 3:33 PM and food was delivered at 5:08, delivery location is 2 miles away, did not receive my drink either.

  Great sandwiches but when taking orders to go not even 1 napkins they give you!!!
