- DMDave MSep 21, 20261.0I am not sure why a restaurant would keep the temperature so cold. It might be 65 in here. And they made my sandwich wrong. And their soda machine doesn’t work. When I pointed it out the guy said “it just doesn’t work sometimes”. This is a disgusting attitude. This is one of the greatest communities in the US. Get it fixed!

Waited for at least 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, that’s it. 42$ later and I get home to see the most withered and lackluster turkey sandwich I’ve ever seen. 3 pieces of meat on each half. Very little lettuce, and tiny tomatoes. Whoever runs this store is very inconsistent because just last week our order was perfect.

All I wanted was a giant beach club, one for today and one for tomorrow. Literally all I wanted. And what did I get when I got to Jimmy John's? Wonderful customer service, quick delivery and two sandwiches that made me think life might be worth living after all. William, I call you out as your name was on my receipt. God bless you. You may have just prevented the loss of my life. 🙏
