  I love Häagen-Dazs ice cream as is but the service and care Mrs Tiffany puts into her work shows. Her and her coworkers always make us feel welcome and valued!!! It’s crazy to say but she brightens our day with each sweet treat and experience she provides. I will always advocate and support her business as long as she there❤️❤️❤️ keep uplifting and creating awesome experiences for your customers we need more like you.

  I can’t believe the reviews are so low here. The ice cream is always delicious, and the Cinnabons too! A little pricey but it’s so good! Never had a bad experience here before.

  I purchased two small mango smoothies for my sons and one additional drink, a seltzer water. There was a miscommunication and the employee thought she had to pour setter water on the two mango smoothies. As I picked the smoothies up and asked where the seltzer water was, the employee got very upset. Is obvious that we both miscommunicated with each other, because I would never asked seltzer water to be put on ice cream, I just wanted to drink it in a separate cup, the ice creams were for my kids. As I was trying to have a conversation with the employee, another young lady, also an employee, came up and asked me to leave, to never come back and to stop yelling. I never did. I’m in shock! As I walked away the two employees continued to talk to me telling me being very disrespectful, even with other customers present in line.They need some training for sure. I will Never go back to Hagen Daz Boise.

  This place has an amazing pistachio sundae that I’m obsessed with!! They are clean and service is quick. They also are combined with a Cinnabon which I’ve never had but looks delicious and it’s scent fills the mall!
