    I get my morning coffee from them every day and it’s always so yummy. I have to do an honorable mention here about Joel, he is always making my morning so fun. He’s a great worker and knows how to be silly but still professional. This location is my favorite in the treasure valley. 10/10 experience, every time.

    My go-to order at Dutch Bros is a small hot 911. I’ve been ordering it for years, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste (it’s what made me fall in love with the franchise). Lately, though, I’ve noticed that at a few other locations the flavor has been a little inconsistent. Most of the time it’s been too sweet, and one time it honestly tasted more like a plain latte than a 911. It was starting to make me wonder if maybe my favorite drink just wasn’t going to be the same anymore. This morning around 7:15, I stopped by this location and was actually going to ask if they could make it just a little less sweet. Before I even had the chance, one of the young ladies in the back had already finished making my coffee. That’s not a complaint at all, if anything it’s a testament to how incredibly fast they were. I told them not to worry about it, thanked them for their time, and went on my way. Believe me when I tell you…this was one of the best 911s I’ve had in a long time. Not only was the coffee perfect, but the service was incredibly fast and genuinely friendly (the interaction didn’t feel forced). It was so good that I literally took one sip, drove around the building, and came back through just to tell the two young ladies working the window that they were absolute rock stars. Looking back, I really wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize them personally in this review, but unfortunately I didn’t think that far ahead. I also wish I had cash on hand to tip them even more. Thank you, thank you, thank you for starting my morning off right. This has officially become my go-to Dutch Bros location for my morning pick-me-up. To the owner or manager reading this: if you could please pass along my appreciation to those two employees working around 7:15 this morning, I’d really appreciate it. I was honestly starting to become a little disheartened by the inconsistency I’d experienced at other locations, and whatever you all are doing here is working. You reminded me why I fell in love with Dutch Bros in the first place and brought me right back to that magical first sip that made me a customer for life. And if you’re able to figure out who those two young ladies were, I’d honestly be happy to stop back by just to add a little more to their tip. They absolutely earned it.
