    I've gotten the kicker cold pour Carmel drizzle the same more than enough times at this location and today I had two people treat me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about I was also told that they don't do no ice or cold pours that all the drinks must come with ice I asked if the first girl was new trying to give her grace I was told no that she wasn't new so I'm very disappointed in the service I received

    Been ordering from Druch bros for years and love the order ahead option. This is the only location that doesn't matter if you order ahead or not they make you wait. Ordered 20 minutes ahead just to test this and was still told with a 10 car line I'd have to wait for the window. Very dissapointed.

    I ordered the strawberry colada iced rebel. What they gave me what basically all colada with a tiny dollop of strawberry on top and when I pulled to the window to ask them to add more strawberry they were super weird about it like they didn’t understand what I was talking about out. Picture from menu and what I received attached.

    Made exactly what I wanted. No questions asked. I’m super picky and they listened to give me what I asked for unlike Starbucks I get rude responses DEFINITELY recommend Dutch Bros. I was visiting Idaho from MN and can’t wait to move to Idaho in my future!!

    Kind of silly there are two lanes but everyone in line insists on using one. Every other Dutch bros I've been to has signs telling you to "choose the shortest lane" but this location doesn't & when you do go into the second lane all the other cars bully you to the point of trying to hit your car when you reach the point where the line merges. I think there should be better signage to let the other drivers know they're supposed to choose the line that is shortest AND merge with other cars so we aren't blocking the exit of the drive-thru. Other than extremely rude and entitled customers the broistas at this location are top notch and so, so kind!
