  When you order 2 large freezes and they are handed to you with the consistency of chocolate milk, not good . I asked why they were so runny and liquidy and got told that's how they are, it's our carburators.🤷🏼‍♀️..Guessing y'all need some new ones ..... Disappointing 😕

  Their coffee is pretty good if it's made right. Which it is at some locations but not all. I boycotted Dutch last year due to inconsistency. Too bad they're more interested in volume rather than quality.

  My sister and I went to Dutch Bros around 7:50, and honestly, we left feeling really frustrated. The girl who took our order didn’t seem like she wanted to help customers from the beginning, and when we got to the window, we were given the wrong drink. When we tried to let the same girl who took our order know about it, she literally ignored us and walked away. Then another employee looked over at us, we said “excuse me” to ask for help, and she ignored us too. No one came back to help us or gave us a chance to explain the issue. What makes it more frustrating is that we did leave a tip, and still received a very unpleasant attitude. I understand that mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers when they’re just trying to get an order corrected is really disappointing. Honestly, this experience ruined our Sunday. We just wanted to enjoy a drink, and instead we ended up feeling ignored and poorly treated.

  35 minutes from when I ordered in line to when I got to the window and they just started making it when I get to the window? whats the point of taking an order and then waiting until you get to the window to start it? I'd rather have those order takers helping make drinks if its going to take nearly 40 minutes to get 1 single coffee even started

  Showed up at 710 and was not greeted the lady took the persons order in front of me which is fine she then goes to the person next to me who showed up at 720 am and took her order the lady came to my window and told me to wait since she took the persons order next to me. I told her I been sitting here since 710 am she told me it’s really busy it’s sticker day I told her I was here first and so where the 3 cars behind me. She told me she had to have me wait I left and I didn’t get my drink. It’s so not ok to sit there and make someone wait when they were sitting there for over 10 mins to tell them to wait cause u took someone’s order who got there after me. I spent my 8.00 at Starbucks up the road. I have over 800 points on the app and come frequent and now I will not be returning to ur location I have already contacted ur corporate office and next is bbb not ok pick better people for employees
