  I recently decided to stop by get a drink before work. There was a long line and normally wouldn’t be bothered by this, however I noticed that there were two lanes and most vehicles only used one. So, I decided to get into the other lane because it had significantly less cars and I didn’t want the line to wrap around the building more. I sat there in the other lane for 10-15 minutes and during that time the young lady made eye contact with my multiple times and ignored me. I understand that there were cars ahead of me, but there were two lanes and she was only taking care of one. When she finally took my order she was very short and seemed very annoyed. I waited for ~20. The nampa location is just as busy as this one and they use both lanes and handle the higher traffic much better.

  Went to the dutch ordered the same drink I always get hand blended palm tree rebel extra thick. The girl makes it brings it and I was co fused because it never has looked the way she gave it to me. It was yellow and the flavor looked like it was sitting at the bottom didnt even take like the drink I always get. So I asked the barista to please remake it. She refused to assumed me she had made it herself and it was correct. So she took the drink and said she gave me a refund, but I guess ill see if she did. She was very rude and snarky. I literally only get the same drink 3x a day thats how often im there and she refued to make it. Short girl with dark top purple bottom hair and nose ring. RUDE. you pay $7 dollars for a drink to be made wrong ask for it to be fixed to be told no.

  i asked for a drink and they got it wrong 3 times after i asked them to correct it, the lead im guessing wouldn’t stop making faces and the third time the girl who gave me the order genuinely tossed the drink and walked away??? like omg horrible service genuinely so disappointing, mind you i go to dutch at least 2-3 times a week which isn’t a flex but just to preference that i’m a loyal dutch bros consumer

  I’ve been going to this stand for years & it’s disappointing watching the customer service go down hill. I avoid this location as much as I can and have started going to a completely different coffee place because of my experiences every time. I usually don’t write reviews thinking what good does it really do but I’m hoping this one does. The employees make you feel like an inconvenience - I have to wait at the window without being addressed, talked to, or even looked at. Half the time I have to ask for a straw before they try to send me away. The attitude I’ve received for asking my rebel to be double blended is as if I’m making or breaking there day. It’s such an uncomfortable experience and in the last year it’s rare I leave this location feeling any type of way other than shameful for simply being a paying customer. There’s maybe two employees I can think of at this stand that don’t make me feel the way I just described - what’s even more disappointing is the two girls that have been here for years and seeing the way there passion for this company has turned into almost annoyance & hatred.
