    Disappointed, very rude workers. The drinks were terrible, tasted like straight black coffees instead of tasting like pumpkin brûlée latte and Carmel latte. The guy that got our order from evening shift 9/1/26 had terrible customer service.

    Super judgmental rude employees I look part of the non what most society wants American looking people and I order a drink and the employee worker spoke negatively of my appearance and closed the window before I even ordered after we spoke and I showed her my respect

    Although I've been to a few other Dutch Bros in the area, the Orchard St. one is where I go the most frequently. The employees are always friendly and enthusiastic, and the drinks well-made. Thanks for the pick-me-ups!

    Worst service of all Dutch bros. They are always so slow and I get stuck in line. It feels like a hostage situation…save yourself and got to any other location
