  I had a good experience overall, but I have a suggestion regarding hygiene. When there is a dog in a customer's car and an employee wants to pet the dog through the drive-thru window, please consider wearing a glove before touching the pet and handling customers' drinks. This would help maintain better hygiene standards.

  As a daily customer, I never expected to have to write a review like this, but after months of repeated issues, I believe corporate management should be aware of what has been happening at this location. I visit this Dutch Bros every morning around 9:20 a.m. and have been a loyal customer for a long time. Unfortunately, the consistency of the poor customer service during the morning shift has become unacceptable. My 17-year-old brother often places our orders through the Dutch Bros app. On numerous occasions, our drinks have been made incorrectly, we've received the wrong beverages, or the drinks have not been prepared properly. We understand that mistakes happen in any business, but this has become a recurring pattern rather than an occasional error. Today's experience was particularly concerning. Our mobile order was placed through the app, but when we arrived, we were told that someone else had already picked it up. We were informed that an older woman had collected the order. No one in our family matching that description picked up the drinks, and we questioned how a mobile order could be released to the wrong person. After discussing the issue and showing the order in the app, the drinks were remade. Unfortunately, the replacement order was still incorrect. What concerns me most is not just the repeated mistakes but the lack of professionalism we've experienced during these interactions. My family has always remained respectful and courteous to the staff, even after multiple disappointing experiences. We have continued to support this location despite these issues because we hoped things would improve. I work in corporate Human Resources, so I understand that customer service roles can be demanding and that mistakes happen. However, when the same concerns continue over an extended period, it points to a need for coaching, accountability, or additional training. This review is not intended to target any individual employee but to encourage management and corporate leadership to review the customer experience at this location, particularly during the morning shift. I genuinely enjoy Dutch Bros and would like to continue supporting this location. However, loyal customers should be able to expect accurate orders, respectful interactions, and confidence that mobile orders are being handled appropriately. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and results in positive improvements.

  It is a drive through specialty coffee shop. I highly recommend it. The prices are a very good value

  Woke up this morning feeling like absolute garbage 🗑 😕... I instantly knew what would put a smile on my face DUTCH BROS!!! In the process of driving there i got a urgent low blood sugar alert ⚠️ 📢. There was a long line at my dutch. But the kind gentleman came to my window I asked "im having a dangerous low blood sugar im going to get a muffin top can you grab it now? And in a flash he was back with the muffin top i tried to had him my card b4 I started eating but he said no you get that down now. No joke save me from passing out !!! He took my order and I munched while in line. Its the simple kindness of this dutch that I love so much thank you for saving me, acting and not making me feel weird or asking 100 questions.. I love you guys !!!!!
