The staff were so nice that they gave me a lollipop, which honestly felt like a tiny trophy for surviving my injury. My toe was hurting, but my heart was healed. Great coffee, sweet staff, and 10/10 vibes. I would stub my toe again for this level of service.

The blonde gorl working here tonight was rude . The drive though girl Mae a mistake nd forgot to add soft top so I politely told the blonde gorl I asked for soft top n with attitude she said well u don’t order it with it and it’s going to cost you extra and I’ll have to charge for it . First off my order was taken by tablet in drive thru by another employee so how would she even know . Got charge or the soft top separately and then goes do u wanna add a tip ? I then asked her for the second time for a straw and she’s all u need another straw I ordered two drinks and only got one straw so yes I need another straw . Completely rude and I now know to come at a time and day where she won’t be working .

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
