- KCKenna Crall6 days ago1.0Dutch bros is my favorite place to go. I recently moved, and I switched my Dutch Bros location to this one. When I went through, I normally order the shark attack, which comes with blue raspberry coconut with pomegranate on top and then I get soft top on top. This is now the second time that they’ve completely ruined my drink drink it curds your soft top to put pomegranate or any syrup on top of it and they have done that now twice when I’ve asked multiple times times for that not to happen and they say they can’t fix it so I get to waste my money and waste a drink. I’m disappointed that management can’t have staff that care about the job. I want applied to work at Dutch Bros And they didn’t let me. What are the qualifications being bad at your job? I’m just truly disappointed and sad But I’ll have to drive even further to get my Dutch Bros cause I don’t think I’ll be going back here. Since when they messed my drink up, they apparently can’t remake it.

The staff were so nice that they gave me a lollipop, which honestly felt like a tiny trophy for surviving my injury. My toe was hurting, but my heart was healed. Great coffee, sweet staff, and 10/10 vibes. I would stub my toe again for this level of service.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
