    The coffee is so good, the people are all amazing, and I appreciate them so much I made them a part of my morning routine in March, and I’ve hardly missed a day. Vibes are real and their’s are always good

    Out power was out this morning when we woke up so we drove to the Dutch Bros location close to our house for our morning coffee. Although they didn’t appear that busy the girl at the window making the drinks gave off the opposite impression. She handed me my daughter’s drink but the cup had a slit in the top and was spilling Reppel all over myself, my daughter and my car. I handed it back to her. She just wiped off the top, handed it back to me and then tried to hand me the dirty napkins that she just used to wipe off the cup, so I could wipe off my pants. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind getting new napkins that didn’t have the drink all over them. She just rolled her eyes. When she came back, I handed her the cup back a second time trying to tell her that there was a hole in the cup, but instead of listening to me, she just acted annoyed and said I’ll just pour this into a new cup for you, (almost as if it was my fault and I was the one spilling). She didn’t apologize that I had the drink all over myself, my daughter and my car. The drink I ordered was supposed to be extra hot, half flavor. It was barely hot at all and was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. I drove off almost in tears because of how rude she had been and then told myself “I’m not gonna pay 15 bucks for two drinks and just throw mine away because it wasn’t drinkable”. So,I drove back. By this time, there was a very long line. I drove to the other side where the walk-up orders go to find a boy named Quentin at the window who was very very nice. He apologized for his coworker and tried to see what he could do to make things better. Although it took quite a while to get my drink (because it wasn’t Quentin that was making it), I was glad he was at that window because I didn’t wanna deal with the girl on the other side again. Quentin normally works at a different location, so maybe next time I will go there. If coffee stands want to charge an arm and a leg for their drinks, they should at least make sure their employees know how to make them and are treating the customers well. Thank you, Quintin for saving the day, you should be recognized!

    Dutch bros is my favorite place to go. I recently moved, and I switched my Dutch Bros location to this one. When I went through, I normally order the shark attack, which comes with blue raspberry coconut with pomegranate on top and then I get soft top on top. This is now the second time that they’ve completely ruined my drink drink it curds your soft top to put pomegranate or any syrup on top of it and they have done that now twice when I’ve asked multiple times times for that not to happen and they say they can’t fix it so I get to waste my money and waste a drink. I’m disappointed that management can’t have staff that care about the job. I want applied to work at Dutch Bros And they didn’t let me. What are the qualifications being bad at your job? I’m just truly disappointed and sad But I’ll have to drive even further to get my Dutch Bros cause I don’t think I’ll be going back here. Since when they messed my drink up, they apparently can’t remake it.
