- BBB B5 days ago5.0Family of 4 just went here for the first time today and had a blast. Food was great, service was quick and friendly, and they have so many fun games to choose from. I want to give a special thank you to Chase working the human claw machine. My 6 year old was scared and Chase was very patient and kind to him. I hope his boss sees this and gives him a raise.

No drinks had prices, and they only have 4 on the happy hour menu. Super weird. No drinks or sides included in a kids meal. No communication on extra charges, they just charge you extra for literally one side of ranch. I wont eat here next time. **edit to add Honestly a waste of money all around. Most games are way too many credits to get even a little bit of money's worth then they advertise in the prize room you can buy more tickets (because of course you cant win enough to buy anything) but you have to walk to the front counter to do it. Thwy cant do it at the prize counter. Why advertise it there then? Genuinely will not be back. Employees are rude spent over $100 and got a dollar tree grabber and nothing else. Ill go to big als next time. What a joke.

I called back to speak with the manager and of course the gal on the phone was snarky and has no plans to tell the manager to give me a call. This was a very disappointing situation for our family that was excited to spend a fun night out.
