Regardless of online order app or in person, it's all rice and no actual food. The portions are terrible. Super frustrating. One time I actually asked the kid to put more chicken on (he only put 1/2 scoop) and the manager told me that corporate has their hands tied and that people "always want more more more"

Eating out has gotten expensive, so I do not get to do it often. I was really looking forward to a good Chipotle bowl, but the rice was barely cooked and had a hard crunch in nearly every bite. The new honey chicken tasted old, dry, and crusty. The chips were also extremely stale and barely had any crunch at all. Lastly I hate to add on but they just really don’t give you much anymore, like what I got felt like half of what normally comes in a bowl. On top of that, no one told me that my app reward had not scanned correctly, so I did not receive the points for my purchase. I am genuinely not hard to please, but I do not think the standard should be this low, especially considering how much a meal costs now.
