  it’s obvious from the other reviews this location is inconsistent and is terrible when it comes to customer service. i’ve been to this location multiple times and every time i am always in a worst mood. the employees are alway and i mean always unkind. they are never welcoming, never say have a good day, and they NEVER smile. the only thing they are good at is staring with a frown all huddled close to each other, at least smile!! or say something!! not only that, but they truly don’t give enough portions. the replies in this review section are nice, but it’s CLEAR no changes are ever made. if i could give 0 stars i would, terrible location and the most miserable ppl.

  Really tired of the inconsistent amounts of ingredients. Sometimes you get a full bowl of rice. Sometimes you get half a scoop. Sometimes you get half a scoop of chicken. Sometimes you get a full scoop. It depends entirely on the opinion of the employee how much you get. And I’ve noticed when you get delivery and the customer isn’t there the portion sizes are much smaller and very sloppy.

  I came in today and was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service given to me by Lelaina. She was so nice and full of energy. One might even say she was the energy of this chipotle. Hope people like her are there every day I go in. Keep up the amazing work!

  We recently have visited this branch.when we opted for honey chicken, I don’t know if that’s the last batch of chicken cooked for the day …while serving he was literally adjusting the quantity in serving spoon for 5-7 secs and at last even then we barely got 2-3 tablespoons of chicken and one has to search of chicken in the bowl very much disappointed not worth the money atleast we could have taken vegetarian option and rice was not even cooked properly.And the worst part is that the next person who was standing next to me got more and they were assisted by the different employee .Atleast I felt all the employees should serve same for all the customers without bias (I am not talking about the customers requested for extra /double portions )
