CEO said we make big burritos. I shouldn't have to have a confrontation with an employee to get what I paid for. Google says average burrito from Chipotle should weigh 18 to 22oz depending on the order. Mine was 11oz i weighed it. So I paid for a burrito and got a taco. I ordered a regular chicken burrito. No wonder everyone wants to record while there order is being made.

I asked for an extra scoop and they charged me for a triple meat. The staff did not seem very friendly when I asked for more because the double didn’t seem like a lot. Sadly another company destroyed by private equity. Update: I reached out on their contact us page and all I get is automated email responses. Not even sure a human monitors it. They haven’t even bothered to respond to my last email. This company is a joke beyond parody. Highly recommend avoiding chipotle.
