- DRDebbie Roe3 days ago1.0On Monday, Sept. 07, 2026, my husband came into the deli to get fried chicken (1-8 count mixed & 2-8 count dark) around 1:00 pm. He bought the chicken, brought it home. Us & my 2 adult children got sick that evening & the next morning. This is the third time that me & my family has gotten sick from the hot deli chicken at your store (N.36th St & W.State St). It has to stop & we won't eat your chicken again. We have the receipt.

When I asked for simple clarification regarding my prescription, he was completely condescending, dismissive, and acted like answering a basic question was a massive burden. He could not be bothered to help and treated me with total disrespect. Daryl, on the other hand, was absolutely wonderful. He stepped in, was incredibly helpful, and provided the excellent service the manager should have given. Management needs to change their attitude or switch to a different profession that doesn’t require him to speak to people.

Over and over again, we will call them and they will say a script is ready or we will get a text saying it is ready and then you go in and they don't have it. 90% of the time I go there, they are missing at least one medication they are supposed to have. Then, we have had multiple medications get caught in limbo when trying to transfer the script out (after waiting for weeks with the thing unfilled and trying to go elsewhere) where the other pharmacy will say they haven't released it and they saying they have. Avoid if at all possible. Truly terrible experience. Even worse than Rite Aid used to be.
