- WHWayne H6 days ago4.0One of the best Albersons in boise, its been around sence I was a kid.. Very nice staff.. The flower shop, was super busy but they didnt hold back, prepairing a custom but delicate, emotional arrangement.. they made it feel worth the money an time.. Loved the staff that asked if I was done with my cart an asked if I needed anything or just wanted directions to get my shopping, done more fluently (earlier), you don't find those thype of staff.. this guy was super polite and very happy to help.. more stores need employees like that, Walmart will never come close.. they have even removed the greater's, that we all enjoyed, that seams like no stores want for their customers, thats just wrong.. The only reason this store got a 4 star from me is because of parking or the high volume of people that goes through... witch doesnt, speak for the store..but its part of it sadly.. Thank you, Albersons for a good experance !

After approximately 15 minutes without anyone coming to talk to us, I approached the bar to order drinks for the four of us. The bartender was extremely dismissive and asked me, "can't you see we're busy? We have staff that will come to you." I explained that we had been there for a while and she said, "like I said, I don't have time for that. We're busy." The staff used to be very friendly and personable, but the new crew is subpar at best. Really disappointed that a favorite neighborhood spot has turned so sour.

After waiting 10 minutes to make eye contact with a server, I walked to the bar to order our three drinks because we had a limited amount of time. The bartender (woman with short black curly hair) said three drinks was too many to remember and told me to go back to the table and continue waiting for a server. We waited a few more minutes before leaving. Rude bartender and servers in the same boat. We went across the street to the James, and they crushed it.
