  This has become the slowest McDonalds over the last few years. Dine-in or drive through is all horribly slow now. Took almost a full half hour today with only four vehicles ahead of me. Six more vehicles were behind me with a seventh that gave up and left after ordering. Employees are obviously extremely stressed and hence not very friendly. Do better Kyle family! Your locations all used to be clean, professional, and speedy. Now they are frustrating, slow, and impersonal. And before you give the canned corporate response, no, I am not going to give feedback via your corporate website. Those comments and reviews are shielded from public view. I guess this is a good way to get us to all eat healthier. Alienate all your customers so we stop eating there.

  While the food was good, I can't recommend this location. I paid an uncharge for a large lemonade with no ice. They gave me the large but it was completely filled with ice. I said I ordered it without ice and then they gave me a medium with no ice. I said that was not a large that I paid for. In the end I was given a large with no ice but it was only filled about 3/4 of the way. The do not honor what you paid for. In response to the Owner's comment to report the issue to McDonald's, I did that before making this post. McDonald's response was this, "As independent business owners, franchisees make the ultimate operating costs taking our recommendations into consideration. Prices and some policies may also vary from one McDonald’s to another depending upon Owner/Operator operating decisions." Thus, this is all on the owner of this franchise.
