  Tooooooo slooooooow. I ordered 2 coffees and a sausage McMuffin and am at 15 min and still waiting! Absolutely ridiculously slow service! There are like 10 people inside waiting for their order!

  Informed that they're going to get rid of the cash registers and only use kiosk. I don't do business with people that do shit like that.

  Waited in line for 10 minutes with two customers in front of me. After they were helped, & when it was my turn to order, I was told to use the self serve kiosk. That they were too busy to take my order. I’m old and believe in customer service and said I don’t use those. But she was willing to give me a two hour tutorial on how to use the kiosk instead of politely taking my order. After I asked if the kiosk takes currency? She said reluctantly no, & she’d now take my order. That’s when I said nevermind. I won’t be ordering anything now. And left. This establishment proves customer service is a thing of the past.
