  Pretty sure they had to butcher the cow themselves with how long this location takes. The past few times we’ve gone it’s been nothing but slow. Sometimes also forgetting parts of the order. This place needs to change some their game plan. It’s also ridiculous that my order was marked as ready and on its way 20 minutes before hand. Im guessing that was so their numbers don’t look bad and slow. UPDATE: ordered bacon quarter pounder with cheese. No bacon at all… seems that nobody would come to the counter when I came in to complain either.

  Tried to order breakfast at 1021A and I got a message in the app that breakfast was ending soon. The app did not allow me to order. Breakfast was supposed to end at 1030. Bad business practices.

  This has become the slowest McDonalds over the last few years. Dine-in or drive through is all horribly slow now. Took almost a full half hour today with only four vehicles ahead of me. Six more vehicles were behind me with a seventh that gave up and left after ordering. Employees are obviously extremely stressed and hence not very friendly. Do better Kyle family! Your locations all used to be clean, professional, and speedy. Now they are frustrating, slow, and impersonal. And before you give the canned corporate response, no, I am not going to give feedback via your corporate website. Those comments and reviews are shielded from public view. I guess this is a good way to get us to all eat healthier. Alienate all your customers so we stop eating there.
