  Ordered drive thru, I sat in one lane and was ignored while cars pulled thru the other lane and had their order taken and drove thru while I still sat there waiting.

  The service has been terrible as of the last several months. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW! DO NOT LEAVE THE WINDOW IF ASKED TO PULL FORWARD.

  Last two times I have ordered a burger it has came with onions. My app receipt and the slip on my wrapper/box said no onions. I guess it's my fault for not checking before getting in the road but both times the lady I talked to wanted me to waste my time and turn around to bring the food back after already stating I am on the road. The first time they actually made things, this last time the lady was frustrated I wouldn't turn around to bring the burger back. Gave her my information for them to make it right but guessing by her tone she sat there and rolled her eyes as I spelled everything out. It's been way over a month and nothing. The poor management by their evening shift makes Trent Cichos look like he is running a daycare.
