  You have got to be kidding me. I am not even sure how this store is still open. I love sonic but this idaho falls location is just the worst in the complete world! Ordered a simple grilled cheese and cheese fries. Both raw ... the firl who brought it out was also rude as heck .. the manager did remake the food after he looked at me like it was my fault it wasnt cooked and im pretty sure he put the whole salt Shaker of salt in the fries and the fries were overdone ...and the sandwich is still not grilled just slightly. This store is just awful!!!!!!! I guess its time to give up hopes for this place and stick to the pocatello location. Sad

  We have been disappointed here multiple times. We typically visit during their Happy Hour, and they just seem chaotic. Their drive thru speaker doesn't seem to work properly and you basically have to yell into it because they consistently say they cannot hear you. They cut the Happy Hour off early and start it late, this has happened multiple times and I'm not talking a couple of minutes, more like 15 minutes. I also had an employee argue with me over a single mustard packet, which I requested at the time of order. He acted like he was doing me a huge favor by not charging me extra for a single packet for a corn dog. Another time they were out of ketchup... Overall, just not impressed with the service or the attitudes. The food is typically as expected for a fast food joint.

  I have become increasingly frustrated with fast food these days, mostly because of the increase of prices that are not proportionate to the increase of ingredients. This sonic has a few more things. They can't be called fast food with their speeds. It's fast food quality at dine in speeds. They also, forget all of your sauces. I ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. They forgot the Mariana sauce. I ordered online so I couldn't just push the red button and the drive thru was packed. So, I go home and eat my sad mozzarella sticks. I come by the next day (I go through the drive thru this time) and order my food and "a bunch of marinara sauce". They give me my food and they forgot the marinara sauce AGAIN. I very quickly asked for some and the lady quickly got me some. I then check the receipt, they charged me 25¢ a piece for marinara sauce. They were going to charge me for something they were going to forget to give me... Also, charging for sauce is ridiculous, it costs less than a cent to make. To the owners, hire more staff. Your current staff is overrun. And lower your prices, the price gauging is utterly insane.
