I ordered a shake and the guy went back and put Ice cream in a cup then some chocolate then he put a dirty shake mixer stick in and stirred it up a little bit, then he put a lid on it and brought it to me. I asked him of he was going to use the shake mixer on it and he told me it was broken. I asked for a refund because I didn't want a half mixed shake that had a dirty mixer in it. He got snotty with me.. I then demanded a refund. He called for his manager whom took 10 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund. My girlfriend had ordered a fried chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken looked almost burnt and the fries were a dark brown like the oil was very old.
